Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery times range from 10 to 15 business days. If there are customs delays and your order is held in the US, this time does not count towards the delivery estimate until the order is released. However, please note that we do not guarantee delivery within this time frame and are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or other factors beyond our control. If your purchase does not arrive within 30 business days of the purchase we will refund the full amount.
We carefully select suppliers who, in addition to offering competitive prices and quality, also expedite shipping times. If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend contacting the postal service to inquire about the delay.
If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. If we confirm there is an issue with the logistics of your order, we will process a full refund immediately after completing these verification steps.
Your tracking code will be sent to you via email within 5 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
